Across Mississippi...temperatures are near 44 degrees north, near 55 degrees central, and near 50 degrees south. Current sky conditions are mostly sunny north, mostly sunny central, and light rain south. In the north, relative humidity is near 73%, and the dew point is near 36 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 63%, and the dew point is near 43 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 91%, and the dew point is near 47 degrees. There is patchy fog south. Winds are from the east at 7 mph north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are calm central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the northeast at 7 mph south, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to light rain. The livestock cold stress index is in the no stress category north, no stress category central, and no stress category south. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 56 degrees at Natchez and Jackson Hawkins Field. The lowest temperature is 44 degrees at Tupelo.

storm produced 25 inches at Rome GA, 33 inches at Asheville NC, and 42
inches in the mountains. Montgomery AL received a record eleven inches of
