In the west, relative humidity is near 93%, and the dew point is near 60 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 86%, and the dew point is near 52 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 78%, and the dew point is near 51 degrees. Current drying conditions are poor west, poor central, and fair east. For the Period 05-10-2025 to 05-16-2025

Temperatures for the period averaged 68 degrees across the state which was 4 degrees warmer than normal and 10 degrees warmer than the previous period. High temperatures averaged from 80 in the West to 76 in the East. Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from 3 degrees warmer than normal in the West to 1 degrees warmer than normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 60 degrees in the West to 56 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from 4 degrees warmer than normal in the West to 5 degrees warmer than normal in the East. The extreme high temperature for the period was 89 degrees at EVANSVILLE ASOS and the extreme low was 36 degrees at OWINGSVILLE 4S.

Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 1.86 inches statewide which was 0.67 inches above normal and 156% of normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 1.92 inches, Central 1.99 inches, Bluegrass 1.37 inches and East 2.15 inches, which was 0.73, 0.73, 0.16 and 1.03 inches above normal. By station, precipitation totals ranged from a low of 0.22 inches at ALEXANDRIA 5NW to a high of 4.31 inches at JACKSON 3SE.
