Temperatures for the period averaged 63.1 degrees across the state which was 0.7 degrees cooler than normal and 6.6 degrees cooler than the previous period. High temperatures averaged from 74.2 in the West to 70.9 in the East. Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from 2.9 degrees cooler than normal in the West to 4.9 degrees cooler than normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 66.6 degrees in the West to 51.0 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from 12.4 degrees warmer than normal in the West to 2.2 degrees warmer than normal in the East. The extreme high temperature for the period was 82.0 degrees at Warren county and the extreme low was 39.4 degrees at Johnson county.

Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 0.80 inches statewide which was 0.32 inches below normal and 71.1% of normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 1.34 inches, Central 0.57 inches, Bluegrass 0.72 inches and East 0.58 inches, which was 0.16, -0.61, -0.34 and -0.50 inches respectively from normal. By station, precipitation totals ranged from a low of 0.06 inches at Pulaski county to a high of 4.82 inches at Henderson county. Dewpoint temperatures for the state averaged near 55.1 degrees.
