Temperatures for the period averaged 66.2 degrees across the state which was 2.6 degrees warmer than normal and 4.2 degrees warmer than the previous period. High temperatures averaged from 77.0 in the West to 73.1 in the East. Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from 0 degrees from normal in the West to 2.6 degrees cooler than normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 71.2 degrees in the West to 55.4 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from 17.2 degrees warmer than normal in the West to 6.8 degrees warmer than normal in the East. The extreme high temperature for the period was 87.8 degrees at Warren county and the extreme low was 39.4 degrees at Johnson county.

Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 3.67 inches statewide which was 1.44 inches above normal and 164.2% of normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 5.02 inches, Central 3.99 inches, Bluegrass 2.74 inches and East 2.91 inches, which was 2.7, 1.64, 0.64 and 0.74 inches above normal. By station, precipitation totals ranged from a low of 1.57 inches at Morgan county to a high of 8.48 inches at Trigg county. Dewpoint temperatures for the state averaged near 59.4 degrees.
