Temperatures for the period averaged 49 degrees across the state which was 4 degrees warmer than normal . High temperatures averaged from 59 in the West to 58 in the East. Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from 3 degrees warmer than normal in the West to 2 degrees warmer than normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 41 degrees in the West to 39 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from 5 degrees warmer than normal in the West to 6 degrees warmer than normal in the East. The extreme high temperature for the period was 91 at PEABODY and the extreme low was -22 at MONTICELLO AWOS.

Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 22.79 inches statewide which was 3.11 inches below normal and 88% of normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 22.56 inches, Central 24.21 inches, Bluegrass 22.29 inches and East 22.11 inches, which was 3.72, 3.25, 2.13 and 3.32 inches below normal. By station, precipitation totals ranged from a low of 17.19 inches at CARBONDALE ASOS to a high of 29.21 inches at WILLIAMSBURG AWOS.
