...INCREASED FIRE DANGER FROM LATE MORNING THROUGH EARLY EVENING...

The combination of southwest winds gusting 15 to 20 MPH, relative
humidity falling into the 20 percent range, and drying fine fuels
today will lead to an elevated threat for rapid fire spread.

Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether
you may burn outdoors. If you do burn, use extreme caution since 
fires can increasingly escalate under these conditions.
