* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma and the Panhandle of 
  Texas.

* WHEN...From 6 PM Tuesday to noon CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero 
  could result in hypothermia and could cause frostbite on exposed 
  skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
