  few isolated spots to or below 35 below possible.

* WHERE...Baraga, Delta, Dickinson, Iron, Marquette, and Menominee 
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 PM EST /9 PM CST/ this evening to 10 AM EST /9 AM 
  CST/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
