* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Bay, Huron, Lapeer, Midland, Saginaw, Sanilac, St. Clair, 
  and Tuscola Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a 
hat, and gloves.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
