..PATCHY DENSE FOG CONTINUES ACROSS PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH 
CAROLINA EARLY THIS MORNING...

Patchy dense fog continues across portions of eastern North 
Carolina early this morning. Sudden reductions to visibility can 
be expected with visibilities dropping below 1/2 mile at times. 
Visibilities are expected to improve over the next few hours as 
dry air moves in and winds pick up behind a cold front.
