Vigorous flow associated with trough near 51S130E 56S138E, and near 51S136E
56S141E at 241800UTC and then weakening.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 51S139E 53S141E 55S140E 54S134E 51S130E 51S139E.

FORECAST
Westerly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 240nm east of trough. Winds easing
below 34 knots throughout the affected area by 242100UTC. Rough to very rough
seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
