SITUATION AT 1800UTC
Vigorous clockwise flow associated with low 970hPa near 52S086E. Forecast low
965hPa near 53S088E at 290000UTC, low 969hPa near 53S092E at 290600UTC, low
970hPa near 51S094E at 291200UTC, and low 968hPa near 49S097E at 291800UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 42S080E 42S107E 51S107E 56S088E 52S080E 42S080E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 30/40 knots within 540nm of the northern semicircle of low.
Winds spreading to within 540nm of all quadrants but the southeastern quadrant
after 290000UTC. Winds increasing to 34/47 knots after 290300UTC. Winds
increasing to 45/55 knots within 180nm in northwestern quadrant of low from
290600UTC. Rough to very rough seas, rising to very rough to high in storm
force winds. Moderate to heavy swell.
