AREA AFFECTED Bounded by 42S080E 42S107E 51S107E 56S088E 52S080E 42S080E. FORECAST Clockwise winds 30/40 knots within 540nm of the northern semicircle of low. Winds spreading to within 540nm of all quadrants but the southeastern quadrant after 290000UTC. Winds increasing to 34/47 knots after 290300UTC.
