Vigorous clockwise flow forecast to develop associated with low 991hPa near
52S114E. Forecast low 988hPa near 57S122E, low 981hPa near 60S127E, and low
977hPa near 62S132E at 281200UTC, low 977hPa near 62S140E at 291800UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 47S114E 59S149E 62S139E 61S127E 49S111E 47S114E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 30/40 knots within 240nm of the northern semicircle of low.
Winds spreading to within 360nm of the northern semicircle of low after
290000UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
