AREA AFFECTED Bounded by 57S160E 49S160E 40S153E 43S146E 39S139E 39S131E 48S128E 60S148E 57S160E. FORECAST Clockwise winds 35/47 knots within 360nm in northwestern semicircle of low. Winds increasing to 45/55 knots in 120nm of northern quadrant of low. Winds easing below 47 knots from 131200UTC. Winds 35/47 knots becoming northwesterly quarter winds within 480nm east of trough shifting southwesterly quarter winds within 360nm west of trough.
