Vigorous clockwise flow associated with low 964hPa near 59S094E. Forecast low
968hPa near 60S098E at 280000UTC, and low 973hPa near 62S102E at 280600UTC and
weakening thereafter.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 55S080E 54S098E 58S099E 58S080E 55S080E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 30/40 knots within 450nm of the northern semicircle of low.
Winds easing below 34 knots throughout by 280300UTC. Rough to very rough seas.
Moderate to heavy swell.
