SITUATION AT 1200UTC
Vigorous flow associated low 953hPa near 61S105E. Forecast low 954hPa near
62S109E at 271800UTC, low 961hPa near 64S114E at 280000UTC, and low 967hPa near
65S117E at 280600UTC and south of area thereafter.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 63S114E 63S110E 59S099E 53S109E 59S126E 63S120E 63S114E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 34/40 knots within 360nm in northern semicircle. Winds
contracting to within 180nm in northern semicircle of low from 280000UTC. Winds
easing below 34 knots by 280600UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy
swell.
