SITUATION AT 0000UTC
Vigorous clockwise flow associated with low 1003hPa near 36S122E. Forecast low
998hPa near 38S124E at 250600UTC, low 991hPa near 38S125E at 251200UTC, low
987hPa near 37S126E at 251800UTC, and low 993hPa near 36S127E at 260000UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 39S121E 41S124E 37S129E 33S129E 34S121E 39S121E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 30/40 knots within 120nm of western semicircle of low,
spreading to within 240nm of all quadrants but the southeastern quadrant after
251500UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Low to moderate swell.
