AREA AFFECTED Bounded by 52S095E 54S121E 51S121E 52S124E 57S127E 63S100E 60S080E 52S095E. FORECAST Northerly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 120nm east of the front and becoming westerly quarter 30/40 knots within 480nm of low in the northern semicircle. Winds associated with front decreasing to below 34 knots by 252100UTC and winds associated with low contracting to within 420nm of northern quarter of low by 260000UTC. Low then weakening after 261200UTC with vigorous westerly flow remaining. Winds easing below 34 knots west of 108E by 261200UTC and throughout by 261800UTC. Rough to very rough seas.
