...HIGH SURF ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 6 PM HST 
TUESDAY FOR NORTH AND WEST FACING SHORES OF NIIHAU KAUAI AND 
OAHU...

.A large northwest (310-320 degree) swell will build surf heights
to advisory levels by this afternoon along exposed north and west
facing shores of Niihau, Kauai, and Oahu. This advisory will 
likely expand in coverage to north and west facing shores of 
Molokai, north facing shores of Maui, and west facing shores of
the Big Island by tonight as the swell continues to build. Surf 
heights will hold at advisory levels through at least Tuesday 
evening.

* WHEN...From noon today to 6 PM HST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents 
  will make swimming dangerous.
