The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of central Alabama, 
including the following counties, Bibb, Blount, Calhoun, Cherokee, 
Clay, Cleburne, Etowah, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lamar, 
Pickens, Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega, Tuscaloosa and Walker.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being 
cancelled.

* WHAT...Lingering flooding caused by earlier rainfall continues to 
  be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following 
  counties, Chambers, Chilton, Coosa, Perry, Randolph and Tallapoosa.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM CST early this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
