Temperatures for the period averaged 52 degrees across the state which was 17 degrees warmer than normal
. High temperatures averaged from 63 in the West to 64 in the East.
Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from 17 degrees warmer than normal in the West
to 18 degrees warmer than normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 40 degrees in the West
to 40 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from 14 degrees warmer than normal
in the West to 17 degrees warmer than normal in the East. The extreme high temperature for the period
was 75 at ALBANY 1N and the extreme low was 23 at BURLINGTON 4S.
Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 4.16 inches statewide which was 2.77 inches above normal
and 300% of normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 4.02 inches, Central 4.30 inches,
Bluegrass 3.87 inches and East 4.43 inches, which was 2.5, 2.79, 2.67 and 3.12 inches above normal.
By station, precipitation totals ranged from a low of 2.93 inches at MONTICELLO AWOS to a high of 6.16
inches at ELIZABETHTOWN 8W.
