. High temperatures averaged from 73 in the West to 74 in the East.
Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from 26 degrees warmer than normal in the West
to 27 degrees warmer than normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 45 degrees in the West
to 45 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from 16 degrees warmer than normal
in the West to 18 degrees warmer than normal in the East. The extreme high temperature for the period
was 75 at ALBANY 1N and the extreme low was 23 at BURLINGTON 4S.
Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 38.91 inches statewide which was 27.36 inches above normal
and 337% of normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 38.78 inches, Central 39.06 inches,
Bluegrass 38.63 inches and East 39.19 inches, which was 27.23, 26.61, 28.03 and 27.59 inches above normal.
