Temperatures for the period averaged 52 degrees across the state which was 4 degrees warmer than normal . High temperatures averaged from 63 in the West to 61 in the East. Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from 4 degrees warmer than normal in the West to 3 degrees warmer than normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 43 degrees in the West to 41 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from 5 degrees warmer than normal in the West to 5 degrees warmer than normal in the East. The extreme high temperature for the period was 91 at PADUCAH ASOS and the extreme low was 7 at HARTFORD 3E.

Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 9.59 inches statewide which was 1.72 inches below normal and 85% of normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 12.14 inches, Central 10.09 inches, Bluegrass 8.73 inches and East 7.39 inches, which was 0.18, -1.87, -1.79 and -3.42 inches respectively from normal. By station, precipitation totals ranged from a low of 1.90 inches at WILLIAMSBURG AWOS to a high of 16.32 inches at MURRAY 1W.
