Temperatures for the period averaged 46 degrees across the state which was 5 degrees cooler than normal and 18 degrees cooler than the previous period. High temperatures averaged from 54 in the West to 55 in the East. Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from 10 degrees cooler than normal in the West to 8 degrees cooler than normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 39 degrees in the West to 38 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from 2 degrees cooler than normal in the West to 1 degrees warmer than normal in the East. The extreme high temperature for the period was 109 degrees at LA GRANGE 6NW and the extreme low was 0 degrees at MONTICELLO AWOS.

Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 5.61 inches statewide which was 2.14 inches above normal and 162% of normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 5.92 inches, Central 5.73 inches, Bluegrass 5.83 inches and East 4.94 inches, which was 1.94, 2.13, 2.73 and 1.74 inches above normal. By station, precipitation totals ranged from a low of 3.25 inches at BOWLING GREEN 4E to a high of 8.98 inches at GREENVILLE 6N.
