Temperatures for the period averaged 47 degrees across the state which was 4 degrees warmer than normal
. High temperatures averaged from 57 in the West to 56 in the East.
Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from 3 degrees warmer than normal in the West
to 3 degrees warmer than normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 38 degrees in the West
to 37 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from 4 degrees warmer than normal
in the West to 6 degrees warmer than normal in the East. The extreme high temperature for the period
was 89 at CINCINNATI and the extreme low was -22 at MONTICELLO AWOS.
Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 15.14 inches statewide which was 1.52 inches below normal
and 91% of normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 13.64 inches, Central 15.89 inches,
Bluegrass 15.96 inches and East 15.09 inches, which was -3.19, -1.72, 0.26 and -1.41 inches respectively from normal.
By station, precipitation totals ranged from a low of 10.26 inches at CARBONDALE ASOS to a high of 18.80
inches at OWINGSVILLE 4S.
