Temperatures for the period averaged 60 degrees across the state which was 18 degrees warmer than normal . High temperatures averaged from 74 in the West to 74 in the East. Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from 22 degrees warmer than normal in the West to 22 degrees warmer than normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 45 degrees in the West to 45 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from 12 degrees warmer than normal in the West to 15 degrees warmer than normal in the East. The extreme high temperature for the period was 75 at ALBANY 1N and the extreme low was 23 at BURLINGTON 4S.

Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 52.11 inches statewide which was 37.13 inches above normal and 348% of normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 51.98 inches, Central 52.26 inches, Bluegrass 51.83 inches and East 52.39 inches, which was 36.59, 36.3, 37.95 and 37.71 inches above normal. By station, precipitation totals ranged from a low of 50.89 inches at MONTICELLO AWOS to a high of 54.12 inches at ELIZABETHTOWN 8W.
