Across Wyoming...temperatures are near 36 degrees north, near 33 degrees central, and near 26 degrees south. Current sky conditions are fair north, cloudy central, and freezing rain south. In the north, relative humidity is near 42%, and the dew point is near 15 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 47%, and the dew point is near 15 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 88%, and the dew point is near 23 degrees. There is patchy fog south. Winds are from the northwest at 15 mph with gusts at 23 mph north, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. The wind chill is near 27 degrees north. Winds are from the north at 7 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. The wind chill is near 27 degrees central. Winds are from the north at 16 mph with gusts at 23 mph south, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds and freezing rain. The wind chill is near 14 degrees south.
