Winds are from the south at 8 mph north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are calm central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the west at 8 mph south, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to fog. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 41 degrees at Parkersburg, Morgantown, and Clarksburg. The lowest temperature is 35 degrees at Lewisburg.

A storm over southern California left up to 16 inches of snow in the

sleet and snow across parts of the southeastern U.S. Freezing rain resulted
in 170 auto accidents in the Memphis area during the evening hours.
