.FORECAST SUMMARY...
Gusty northwest winds and low relative humidity levels will 
persist into late Wednesday as the Mid-Atlantic remains situated
between deep low pressure over eastern Canada, and a large area
of high pressure approaching from the northern Plains. Passage 
of an upper level disturbance will trigger spotty upslope snow 
showers tonight across southeast West Virginia. The next chance 
for rainfall remains most probable for Friday when low pressure
develops over the Gulf Coast region.

Across Virginia...temperatures are near 37 degrees north, near 44 degrees central, and near 40 degrees south. Current sky conditions are mostly cloudy north, mostly cloudy central, and clear south. In the north, relative humidity is near 42%, and the dew point is near 16 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 32%, and the dew point is near 16 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 39%, and the dew point is near 17 degrees. Winds are from the west at 12 mph north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the north at 18 mph with gusts at 26 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are variable at 7 mph south, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 44 degrees at Richmond. The lowest temperature is CLOUDY degrees at Roanoke.

between the 12th and the 25th of the month. Six people died, and many
livestock starved or suffocated. Up to six feet of dust covered the ground.
