A cold front will move east across our area today, exiting to
the coast tonight. Temperatures will return to a more seasonal 
levels this weekend. A front over the southeast could keep
chance of showers across southern Virginia into North Carolina
Sunday, before high pressure nudges in Monday.

In the north, relative humidity is near 83%, and the dew point is near 49 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 89%, and the dew point is near 50 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 89%, and the dew point is near 54 degrees. Winds are from the southeast at 7 mph north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the east at 7 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the northeast at 5 mph south, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 57 degrees at Lynchburg and Danville. The lowest temperature is CLOUDY degrees at Roanoke.
