ON THE WEATHER MAP... A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL TRACK ACROSS SOUTH CAROLINA TODAY BRINGING ANOTHER ROUND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO THE AREA. SLIGHTLY DRIER AIR WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION TONIGHT AND TUESDAY WITH A BREAK FROM THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FOR MOST OF THE AREA ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND NIGHT. DAYTIME TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE A DEGREE OR TWO BELOW NORMAL THROUGH WEDNESDAY WITH OVERNIGHT LOWS NEAR NORMAL.

Current Agricultural Weather Conditions in South Carolina

Across South Carolina...temperatures are near 70 degrees west, near 73 degrees central, and near 68 degrees east. Current sky conditions are sunny west, mostly sunny central, and mostly sunny east. In the west, relative humidity is near 32%, and the dew point is near 39 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 32%, and the dew point is near 42 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 37%, and the dew point is near 41 degrees. Winds are from the southwest at 16 mph with gusts at 25 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the southwest at 8 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the south at 14 mph with gusts at 21 mph east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 74 degrees at Orangeburg. The lowest temperature is 64 degrees at North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach.
