ON THE WEATHER MAP... A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL TRACK ACROSS SOUTH CAROLINA TODAY BRINGING ANOTHER ROUND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO THE AREA. SLIGHTLY DRIER AIR WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION TONIGHT AND TUESDAY WITH A BREAK FROM THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FOR MOST OF THE AREA ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND NIGHT. DAYTIME TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE A DEGREE OR TWO BELOW NORMAL THROUGH WEDNESDAY WITH OVERNIGHT LOWS NEAR NORMAL.

Across South Carolina...temperatures are near 76 degrees west, near 68 degrees central, and near 79 degrees east. Current sky conditions are mostly sunny west, rain central, and partly sunny east. In the west, relative humidity is near 57%, and the dew point is near 60 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 90%, and the dew point is near 65 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 62%, and the dew point is near 65 degrees. Winds are from the west at 5 mph west, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the west at 13 mph with gusts at 26 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds and rain. Winds are from the west at 6 mph east, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 83 degrees at Florence. The lowest temperature is 67 degrees at Myrtle Beach.
