Another chilly night with high probability of frost mainly in the
central and eastern valleys; otherwise mostly clear to partly 
cloudy with low temperatures generally between 30 and 40 degrees 
and isolated pockets down in the upper 20s.

Breezy and milder on Tuesday with increasing clouds. Rain is
forecast to arrive across northwest Pennsylvania in the late 
evening hours. High temperatures will range from around 60 
degrees in the northern Alleghenies to 70 degrees in the southern 
valleys. Low temperatures will range from the lower 40s in the 
north to the lower 50s in the southeast Tuesday night.

Clouds and occasional light rain will bring a cooldown to the
Commonwealth on Wednesday with high temperatures in the upper 40s
to upper 60s in some areas of the southern tier counties. There 
will be a renewed risk of frost freeze conditions overnight 
Thursday into Friday morning with temperatures dipping into the
upper 20s to the low 30s again across much of Central Pennsylvania.

Across Pennsylvania...temperatures are near 44 degrees west, near 39 degrees central, and near 42 degrees east. Current sky conditions are partly cloudy west, partly cloudy central, and clear east. In the west, relative humidity is near 55%, and the dew point is near 29 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 63%, and the dew point is near 27 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 79%, and the dew point is near 36 degrees. Winds are coming from the south at 8 mph in the west, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are calm in the central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are calm in the east, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 49 degrees at Erie. The lowest temperature is 30 degrees at Mount Pocono.
