Weather Summary Current Temperatures, Dewpoint, RH, Wind, Surface 4-Panel Current Agricultural Weather Conditions in Oklahoma Based on observations at 900pm CDT, Wednesday April 17, 2024 Across Oklahoma...temperatures are near 75 degrees central and near 78 degrees east. Current sky conditions are partly cloudy central and clear east. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 68%, and the dew point is near 64 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 53%, and the dew point is near 60 degrees. Winds are unavailable west. Winds are from the southeast at 20 mph with gusts at 28 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the south at 10 mph east, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 78 degrees at WILEY POST, TULSA, and HOBART. The lowest temperature is 73 degrees at CLINTON.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION Thunderstorm chances will increase Thursday into Thursday evening as a strong cold front moves across the area. Storms may be severe Thursday afternoon and evening, mainly to the southeast of Interstate 44, with large hail and damaging winds being the main threats. The front will stall just south of the Red River Friday and Saturday, with showers and a few thunderstorms remaining possible to the north of the boundary.
