A cold front will exit to the east of the area by this evening, with 
rain showers ending from west to east. Another trough will pass over 
the eastern Great Lakes Saturday with scattered showers. A few of 
these showers may produce some small hail or graupel. Dry weather 
will return Sunday through much of Tuesday as high pressure builds 
east across the Ohio Valley and Mid Atlantic. Cool temperatures and 
gusty winds this weekend will give way to a warming trend early next 
week.

Across New York...temperatures are near 49 degrees west, near 57 degrees central, and near 54 degrees east. Current sky conditions are cloudy west, cloudy central, and cloudy east. In the west, relative humidity is near 86%, and the dew point is near 45 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 74%, and the dew point is near 49 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 61%, and the dew point is near 41 degrees. Winds are coming from the southwest at 23 mph with gusts at 37 mph in the west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are coming from the south at 8 mph with gusts at 23 mph in the central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are coming from the south at 10 mph in the east, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 60 degrees at Rochester and Albany. The lowest temperature is 49 degrees at Buffalo.
