showers and a few gusty thunderstorms, especially across western
New York this evening. High pressure will move into the region 
Thursday and Thursday night. A secondary cold front will bring 
scattered showers Friday.

In the west, relative humidity is near 89%, and the dew point is near 54 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 89%, and the dew point is near 49 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 83%, and the dew point is near 44 degrees. Winds are coming from the southeast at 7 mph in the west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to rain. Winds are coming from the east at 10 mph in the central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are coming from the east at 15 mph in the east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 63 degrees at Dunkirk. The lowest temperature is 41 degrees at Saranac Lake.
