A warm front will move across the area, with showers and a few 
thunderstorms ending across western and north central NY this
morning. Dry weather will then prevail most of the time for the
rest of today, although a few more showers and thunderstorms 
are possible later in the afternoon and evening, especially east
of Lake Ontario. Unsettled weather will then last Thursday 
through the weekend with a series of low pressure systems 
crossing the region.

Across New Jersy...temperatures are near 57 degrees north, near 56 degrees central, and near 57 degrees south. Current sky conditions are not available north, partly sunny central, and cloudy south. In the north, relative humidity is near 55%, and the dew point is near 41 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 66%, and the dew point is near 45 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 62%, and the dew point is near 44 degrees. Winds are calm north, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to not available. Winds are from the southwest at 5 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the west at 6 mph south, where conditions are favorable for spraying. The livestock cold stress index is in the no stress category north, no stress category central, and no stress category south. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 60 degrees at Caldwell. The lowest temperature is 55 degrees at Wrightstown.
