Current sky conditions are cloudy west, cloudy central, and partly sunny east. In the west, relative humidity is near 67%, and the dew point is near 50 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 69%, and the dew point is near 54 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 66%, and the dew point is near 61 degrees. Winds are from the northwest at 15 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Showers and thunderstorms will gradually taper through the evening hours across western and north central Nebraska. Brief hail cannot be ruled out for areas near and east of Highway 183 before sunset. DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN Saturday through Thursday. Another round of rain and storms will move through the region later Saturday and into Sunday. Some storms may produce large hail and strong winds Saturday evening across southwest Nebraska, primarily south of Interstate 80. A brief tornado is also possible.
