In the west, relative humidity is near 85%, and the dew point is near 23 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 89%, and the dew point is near 24 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 81%, and the dew point is near 32 degrees. Winds are calm west, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the northwest at 3 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the west at 7 mph east, where conditions are favorable for spraying. DAY ONE Today and Tonight.
Below freezing temperatures are expected across northern portions
of the area, mainly north of Interstate 80, through mid morning.
A Freeze Warning has been issued for those areas. Please refer to
the Freeze Warning product for more details.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN Saturday through Thursday.
Additional rounds of frost and freeze potential are forecast for
early Saturday morning and again Saturday night into Sunday
morning, with the later of the two chances expected to be the most
significant and widespread. Frost advisories and, or Freeze
Warnings will likely be needed over the weekend.
The next potential for thunderstorms arrives Monday night, with
additional off and on chances forecast for the middle and later
portions of next week.
