Across Nebraska...temperatures are near 21 degrees west, near 30 degrees central, and near 37 degrees east. Current sky conditions are mostly cloudy west, clear central, and mostly cloudy east. In the west, relative humidity is near 96%, and the dew point is near 20 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 78%, and the dew point is near 24 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 79%, and the dew point is near 31 degrees. Winds are from the west at 5 mph west, where conditions are favorable for spraying. The wind chill is near 15 degrees west. Winds are from the north at 7 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. The wind chill is near 23 degrees central. Winds are from the west at 8 mph east, where conditions are favorable for spraying. The wind chill is near 31 degrees east. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 41 degrees at LINCOLN. The lowest temperature is 21 degrees at ALLIANCE.

 DAY ONE  Today and tonight.

There is a low probability for widespread hazardous weather.

 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  Saturday through Thursday.

Precipitation overspreads southwest Nebraska early Saturday morning,
followed by the western and central Sandhills. Overnight snow will
transition to a wintry mix or rain midday Saturday, then gradually
taper. Light snow accumulations are possible, primarily for areas
near the Colorado border.
