Current Agricultural Weather Conditions in Nebraska

Across Nebraska...temperatures are near 53 degrees west, near 56 degrees central, and near 59 degrees east. Current sky conditions are mostly cloudy west, mostly cloudy central, and light rain east. In the west, relative humidity is near 74%, and the dew point is near 45 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 50%, and the dew point is near 38 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 48%, and the dew point is near 40 degrees. Winds are from the south at 17 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the southeast at 12 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the southeast at 9 mph east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to light rain. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 61 degrees at FREMONT. The lowest temperature is 33 degrees at ALBION.

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  Thursday night through Wednesday

Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected beginning
Thursday and continuing through the weekend. There will be a few
chances of severe weather during this time. There is a marginal
risk of severe storms Thursday evening through early Friday
morning, a slight risk for Friday afternoon and Friday evening,
another slight risk for southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa Saturday
afternoon and evening, and another low risk for severe storms 
Sunday.
