Winds remain breezy across the eastern Dakota and Minnesota, with eastern Montana and western North Dakota becoming breezy through the day Friday. Low temperatures tonight range from the lower 40s northwest to mid 50s southeast. Temperatures will trend cooler through the end of the week, with highs broadly in the 40s and 50s by Sunday. Current sky conditions are mostly cloudy west, cloudy central, and partly cloudy east. In the west, relative humidity is near 57%, and the dew point is near 42 degrees.
