afternoon, with chances for snow primarily over northern 
locations. Snow chances continue into Friday, with drier weather 
going into the weekend. Below average temperatures also linger 
into Friday, with a warming trend for the weekend. Rain chances 
enter the forecast late Sunday through Monday, with temperatures 
expected to be near normal.

Across North Dakota...temperatures are near 32 degrees west, near 38 degrees central, and near 42 degrees east. Current sky conditions are cloudy west, cloudy central, and cloudy east. In the west, relative humidity is near 49%, and the dew point is near 15 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 44%, and the dew point is near 18 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 41%, and the dew point is near 20 degrees. Winds are from the northwest at 29 mph with gusts at 41 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. The wind chill is near 18 degrees west. Winds are from the west at 29 mph with gusts at 44 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the west at 31 mph with gusts at 44 mph east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds.
