Scattered snow showers persist across the region this afternoon
along with strong northwest winds. Todays high temperatures will 
only be in the mid 30s to mid 40s. Conditions improve through the 
weekend, with warming temperatures, decreasing winds, and overall 
dry conditions. Rain chances return to the forecast late Sunday 
night through Monday, with temperatures back to near average, in 
the lower 50s to lower 60s.

Current Agricultural Weather Conditions in North Dakota
Based on observations at 300pm CDT, Friday April 19, 2024

Across North Dakota...temperatures are near 35 degrees west, near 32 degrees central, and near 37 degrees east. Current sky conditions are cloudy west, cloudy central, and light rain east. In the west, relative humidity is near 54%, and the dew point is near 20 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 58%, and the dew point is near 19 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 50%, and the dew point is near 20 degrees. Winds are from the northwest at 28 mph with gusts at 36 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the west at 20 mph with gusts at 38 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the northwest at 20 mph with gusts at 31 mph east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds and light rain. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 37 degrees at YANKTON. The lowest temperature is 30 degrees at DEVILS LAKE.
