Scattered rain and snow showers and strong northwest winds will 
slowly diminish this evening across central and eastern portions
of the Northern Plains, with skies clearing late tonight. Look for
overnight lows mostly in the 20s, but with some teens possible
over western portions of the region. 

The upcoming weekend will bring warming temperatures, decreasing 
winds, and overall dry conditions. Daytime high temperatures will
climb back to near average, in the lower 50s to lower 60s by late
in the weekend and early next week. Rain chances return to the 
forecast late Sunday night through Monday.

Across North Dakota...temperatures are near 31 degrees west, near 36 degrees central, and near 34 degrees east. Current sky conditions are cloudy west, cloudy central, and light snow east. In the west, relative humidity is near 63%, and the dew point is near 20 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 52%, and the dew point is near 20 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 67%, and the dew point is near 24 degrees. Winds are from the northwest at 24 mph with gusts at 33 mph west, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. The wind chill is near 17 degrees west. Winds are from the northwest at 20 mph with gusts at 29 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the northwest at 16 mph with gusts at 26 mph east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds and light snow.
