Rain continues today, changing to snow in the mountains, before
ending this evening. Winds will be gusting to 30 mph Friday
night and Saturday behind the departing low pressure. Light snow
showers possible early Sunday morning, mainly over New Hampshire,
before our pattern becomes drier and warmer into Monday. The
pattern becomes unsettled again Tuesday, with a chance for a
significant system midweek.

Across Maine...temperatures are near 37 degrees north, near 39 degrees central, and near 38 degrees south. Current sky conditions are light rain north, light rain central, and light rain south. In the north, relative humidity is near 92%, and the dew point is near 35 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 89%, and the dew point is near 36 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 89%, and the dew point is near 35 degrees. Winds are from the north at 10 mph with gusts at 21 mph north, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds and light rain. Winds are from the north at 10 mph with gusts at 22 mph central, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds and light rain. Winds are from the north at 13 mph south, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds and light rain. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 39 degrees at Wiscasset, Millinocket, and Augusta. The lowest temperature is RAIN degrees at Presque Isle.
