A southerly breeze of at least 10 kts across ne TX and closer to 5 kts further to the east will prevail this aftn with lighter winds expected tonight. A cold front movg across TX panhandle and nrn OK will move into Red River Valley after by around 18/12z and approach the ktxk, ktyr, and kggg terminals by the end of the 18/18z fcst cycle. In the north, relative humidity is near 50%, and the dew point is near 47 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 56%, and the dew point is near 51 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 45%, and the dew point is near 44 degrees. Winds are variable at 5 mph in the north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are coming from the south at 3 mph in the central, where conditions are favorable for spraying.
