In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 67%, and the dew point is near 56 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 62%, and the dew point is near 51 degrees. Current drying conditions are good west, fair central, and fair east. Winds are variable at 7 mph west, where conditions are favorable for spraying. High temperatures averaged from 66 in the West to 66 in the East. Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from 6 degrees cooler than normal in the West to 5 degrees cooler than normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 44 degrees in the West to 44 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from 5 degrees cooler than normal in the West to 1 degrees cooler than normal in the East.
