Current sky conditions are mostly cloudy west, partly cloudy central, and clear east. In the west, relative humidity is near 60%, and the dew point is near 44 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 39%, and the dew point is near 46 degrees. In the east, relative humidity is near 52%, and the dew point is near 49 degrees. Winds are from the north at 3 mph west, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the south at 5 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the west at 17 mph with gusts at 25 mph east, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 77 degrees at Medicine Lodge. The lowest temperature is 58 degrees at Goodland.

DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN Saturday through Thursday A risk of severe thunderstorms is expected Saturday afternoon into the early evening primarily east of highway 283. Primary threats will be up to 2 inch hail, damaging winds up to 70 mph and possibly isolated tornadoes. Critical fire weather conditions are expected Saturday afternoon west of highway 283 with winds south winds gusting up to 45 mph and with relative humidities between 10-15 percent.
