Cirrus clouds moved across western Illinois this evening, as a
band of rainfall slid through eastern Missouri. Temperatures late
evening were beginning to fall into the 60s.

The dry and seasonable weather pattern will continue through the
remainder of this week and into the weekend. As High pressure
slides toward the East Coast this weekend, temperatures will climb
back into the upper 80s to near 90 by Sunday.

Lows tonight will drop into the mid 50s to mid 60s. Highs Thursday
will peak in the upper 70s across northeast Indiana, increasing
southwest to the mid 80s in Missouri.

Across Illinois...temperatures are near 58 degrees north, near 64 degrees central, and near 69 degrees south. Current sky conditions are clear north, mostly cloudy central, and mostly cloudy south. In the north, relative humidity is near 37%, and the dew point is near 32 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 67%, and the dew point is near 53 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 84%, and the dew point is near 64 degrees. Winds are from the northeast at 8 mph with gusts at 18 mph north, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to strong winds. Winds are from the east at 12 mph central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are from the south at 6 mph south, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 73 degrees at Salem. The lowest temperature is 30/ degrees at Northerly Island.
