Current Agricultural Weather Conditions in Georgia

Across Georgia...temperatures are near 65 degrees north, near 58 degrees central, and near 60 degrees south. Current sky conditions are cloudy north, partly sunny central, and not available south. In the north, relative humidity is near 70%, and the dew point is near 55 degrees. In the central part of the state, relative humidity is near 93%, and the dew point is near 56 degrees. In the south, relative humidity is near 89%, and the dew point is near 57 degrees. Winds are from the west at 7 mph north, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are calm central, where conditions are favorable for spraying. Winds are calm south, where conditions are not favorable for spraying due to not available. Based on current available observations, the highest temperature is 65 degrees at Atlanta. The lowest temperature is 53 degrees at Augusta (Bush).

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low. 

A Fire Danger Statement is in effect for portions of northwest 
Georgia this afternoon due to low relative humidities. 

 DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  Wednesday through Monday  

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible Wednesday
through Sunday, with the greatest coverage expected in northern
Georgia. Severe weather is not expected at this time.
