VFR conditions will prevail at the regional terminals. North-
northwesterly surface winds will become sustained at 5-10 knots
overnight at the regional terminals. Surface winds will then shift
to north-northeasterly shortly after sunrise, with speeds
increasing to 10-15 knots and gusty by 15Z. Winds will shift to
easterly during the afternoon hours, with speeds diminishing to
around 10 knots by 20Z. Surface winds will then quickly diminish
towards sunset as thin cirrus clouds begin to drift overhead.

In the south, relative humidity is near 76%, and the dew point is near 62 degrees. Winds are calm north, where conditions are favorable for spraying.
